It will be your goal (and hopefully your passion) to help us grow the business by bringing in new clients who would greatly benefit from the vast direct mail knowledge and expertise held by the company.
-- A minimum of 2 years direct mail sales or account management experience
-- A clear understanding of why direct mail will work for clients
-- Demonstrated ability to develop profitable relationships with clients
-- Proven ability to plan, set, and achieve goals
-- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
-- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-- Works well on a team and with other teams
Base salary plus commission. Potential for equity participation.
Negotiable. As a self-starter, you know what it takes to make the sale and nurture the client relationship.
Initially, your home office. As the company grows, a permanent Seattle office will be established and you will have the option of working from there as well.
